The option of a 1 day intensive childbirth class lasting 3 hrs or a two day 2 hour classes, a Prenatal #1 appointment (Building your birth plan and getting to know one another and your goals for childbirth), Prenatal #2 appointment (learning comfort measures for labor), full support during labor and childbirth, one hour breastfeeding support immediately after baby is born, and a one hour postnatal appointment about a week or two after birth. If additional breastfeeding help is wanted/needed I will provide three consultations Postpartum then refer you out to an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) if needed.
