A Birth doula is a professional that is trained in the needs of the family during pregnancy and childbirth. I offer non-judgmental support, guidance, and evidence-based education. As well as practical hands on support in relation to comfort measures during childbirth to help achieve a positive birthing experience.

What is a Postpartum Doula?
